Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil
7 ounces of frozen green beans
salt
pepper
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the green beans and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the lemon juice and give it a good stir.

Cook them for under half a minute and turn off the heat.

Serve them with some black sesame seeds.

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen.
