Ingredients Needed for Salami, Pepper, and Bacon Assorted Mini Pizzas

1 puff pastry sheet
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ yellow bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
½ sausage, sliced
2 ounces of bacon
2 ounces of salami
2 ounces of Cheddar, shredded
2 ounces low moisture mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Salami, Pepper, and Bacon Assorted Mini Pizzas

  1. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F/160 degrees C.
  2. Using a round steel form, cut out 9 circles from the puff pastry. Spread the tomato sauce on all of them.
  3. Mix and match the toppings for the mini pizzas. We recommend bell pepper and sausage, bacon and bell pepper, salami, and bell pepper. Put mozzarella on some of them and Cheddar on the others.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with hot sauce!
