Semolina and raisins? These are Indian ‘laddu’ bites, you might think. But they are not. Our bites are patty-shaped, they’re not spherical like the ‘laddu’ cookies are. You’ll not find milk or ghee here, we’ve just used good old cottage cheese. Come and take a bite.

Ingredients Needed for Raisin Semolina Bites

2 eggs
salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons semolina
7 ounces of cottage cheese
1 tablespoon raisins

How to Cook Raisin Semolina Bites

  1. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl, season with salt, and beat them.
  2. Mix in the semolina, cottage cheese, and raisins.
  3. Start heating vegetable oil in a saucepan and shape the mixture into patties.
  4. Fry them until golden.
