Ingredients Needed for Pollock With Mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
3.5 ounces of alaska pollock, chopped into small pieces
4 mushrooms, chopped
½ red bell pepper
0.5 green bell pepper
1 lettuce mix
How to Cook Pollock With Mushrooms
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the fish, season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- When it has finished cooking, remove the fish from the pan.
- In the remaining fat, add mushrooms, bell peppers, salt, pepper and squeeze the lime. Cook until the vegetables soften. Add lettuce mix.
- Serve with fish.
