Pollock With Mushrooms

Ingredients Needed for Pollock With Mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil
3.5 ounces of alaska pollock, chopped into small pieces
salt
pepper
4 mushrooms, chopped
½ red bell pepper
0.5 green bell pepper
¼ lime
1 lettuce mix

How to Cook Pollock With Mushrooms

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the fish, season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  2. When it has finished cooking, remove the fish from the pan.
  3. In the remaining fat, add mushrooms, bell peppers, salt, pepper and squeeze the lime. Cook until the vegetables soften. Add lettuce mix.
  4. Serve with fish.
