Fried chicken wings are crispy, tasty, and always a favorite! But frying is the not the healthiest way to cook them. We recommend you make a marinade and then bake the wings. The flavors will be stronger, the dish is healthier and we bet you’ll lick your fingers in the end.

Ingredients Needed for Aromatic Chicken Wings in the Oven

8 chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of red wine
¼ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ cup garlic powder
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon honey
french fries
ketchup

How to Cook Aromatic Chicken Wings in the Oven

  1. Put the chicken wings in a large bowl.
  2. Pour olive oil, soy sauce, red wine, and orange juice over the chicken wings.
  3. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and honey.
  4. Mix everything together using your hands.
  5. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Put one piece of parchment paper on a baking tray.
  7. Place the chicken wings on the tray and pour a few drops of marinade on each one.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  9. If you want, serve the baked chicken wings with French fries and ketchup.
