Ingredients

14 ounces of chicken breast (3 pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons of pesto sauce
2 ounces of cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 ounces of bocconcini
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
salt
pepper

Place the chicken breast in a roomy baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.

Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto over each chicken breast. Top with cherry tomato slices, bocconcini, and grated parmesan.

Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
