How to Cook Pesto and Bocconcini Chicken
- Place the chicken breast in a roomy baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto over each chicken breast. Top with cherry tomato slices, bocconcini, and grated parmesan.
