1 puff pastry sheet
¼ cup milk
5 ounces of vanilla ice cream
caramel topping (optional)

How to Make Pears in Puff Pastry With Ice Cream on Top

  1. Cut the base of the pears, halve them, and remove the core using a melon baller or a teaspoon.
  2. Place each pear on the work surface flat side down and wrap it with pastry sheet.
  3. Place the wrapped pears flat side down on a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Brush them with milk, then bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
