Ingredients Needed for Microwave Potato Chips

3 potatoes
salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Cook Microwave Potato Chips

  1. Wash, pat dry and thinly slice the potatoes. Place the slices between paper towels and pat them dry again.
  2. Place the potato slices side by side on a ceramic plate. Sprinkle salt and drizzle some olive oil on them.
  3. Microwave for 7 minutes, until the chips bake. Continue until you finish the potato slices.
