1 mackerel

1 cup dried mushroom
½ cup heavy cream

How to Cook Mackerel With Mushroom Sauce
- Slice the fish into 6 round shaped bits.
- Add oil in a pan and fry the fish until it turns golden.
- In the remaining fat, add dried mushrooms. Cook them for 2-3 minutes until they soften. Add heavy cream and mix together. Simmer for 6 minutes, until the sauce becomes thicker.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the fried mackerel and sprinkle some chives on top.
