Ingredients Needed for Mackerel With Mushroom Sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 mackerel
salt
1 cup dried mushroom
½ cup heavy cream
chives

How to Make Mackerel With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Slice the fish into 6 round shaped bits.
  2. Add oil in a pan and fry the fish until it turns golden.
  3. In the remaining fat, add dried mushrooms. Cook them for 2-3 minutes until they soften. Add heavy cream and mix together. Simmer for 6 minutes, until the sauce becomes thicker.
  4. Pour the mushroom sauce over the fried mackerel and sprinkle some chives on top.
