2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt
1 teaspoon lime zest
pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
6 chicken drumsticks

Add the parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic to a bigger bowl. Season with salt, lime zest, pepper, and cumin. Mix until even.

Add the drumsticks and coat them entirely with the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.

Transfer to a roomy baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
