How to Cook Lamb Rolls With Spicy Sauce
- Add the vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, chili flakes, rosemary, and garlic to a smaller bowl. Mix them.
- Roll the meat strips, skewer them, cover them with the spicy sauce, and grill them.
- Place them in a baking dish, spread some more spicy sauce on them using a kitchen brush, and roast for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
