⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey

How to Make Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts and Bacon Skewers

  1. Skewer the Brussel sprouts and bacon by using 1 skewer for every 4 sprouts and 1 strip of bacon. Skewer one end of a strip of bacon, then alternate with sprouts and the same bacon strip in a wavy pattern. Place the skewers in a 10 x 5 x 2 inch (24 x 13 x 2 cm) baking dish. Set aside.
  2. Heat the balsamic vinegar in a skillet over low heat. Add the honey and mix. Cook until caramelized.
  3. Cover the skewered sprouts and bacon with the glaze using a kitchen brush. Bake for 15 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
  4. Serve with mustard and ketchup.
