Being a seasonal fruit and not being around for long, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t try these delicious caramelized pears right now. They’re topped with a touch of butter, honey, nuts, and just a slight hint of cinnamon. Just perfect for an autumn dessert!

Ingredients Needed for Honey Caramelized Pears

    6 pears
    2 ounces of butter
    2 tablespoons of brown sugar
    2 tablespoons of honey
    6 almonds, chopped
    6 walnuts, chopped
    2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to Make Honey Caramelized Pears

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. First slice the pears in halves. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pears on top.
  3. Remove the inside with a scoop.
  4. Fill with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, almonds, and walnuts.
  5. Slide the tray into the oven and cook the pears for 20 minutes!
