How to Cook Fried Potato Chips With Basil and Parmesan
- Grab the potatoes and then thinly slice them, in around 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) thick slices. Take 2 slices and place 1 basil leaf between them. Press the sides of the chips, so they will remain glued to one another.
- Add enough vegetable oil in a skillet, so you can deep-fry the potatoes. Bring it to high heat and add the potato chips. Deep-fry them until golden and crispy on all sides, for around 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the potato chips when ready, and sprinkle shredded parmesan on top. You can serve them with ketchup and salsa sauce!
