Ingredients Needed for Fried Zucchini

2 zucchini
1 cup flour
1 cup egg wash
1 cup breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Fried Zucchini

  1. Slice the zucchini.
  2. Make the egg wash by whisking 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  3. Coat every zucchini slice, by turn, with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan and deep fry the zucchini slices.
  5. Let them cool and serve the zucchini slices with your favorite dip.
