Red-Wine Jelly

Interested in ultra-smooth jelly made from red-wine? You’re in the right place. Quickly prepare the gelatin and cook it with a sweetened good red wine. To get somehow cheekier add some cognac in there, too. Don’t forget the sour factor and toss lemon zest into the mixture. Want our advice? With crackers, it goes like a charm.
