Ingredients Needed for Fried Shrimp With Veggie Rice

2.5 ounces of rice
2 cups of water
10 shrimp
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt
pepper
1 garlic clove
½ red onion
5 mushrooms, sliced in halves
3.5 ounces of baby carrot
1 egg
1 spring onion, chopped
2 teaspoons of turmeric

How to Make Fried Shrimp With Veggie Rice

  1. The first thing you need to do is boil the rice. Add water in a saucepan, bring it to boil and cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Separately, heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon oil. Add shrimp and spice them up with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Cook them for about 2 minutes.
  3. Take another frying and start cooking your vegetables. Add onion, mushrooms, carrots and boiled rice. Whisk the egg, add it in the pan and mix them all together. Season the rice with salt, pepper and turmeric.
  4. Add spring onion, shrimp and cook for 1 more minute.
