A nice, fresh salad is always something good to have but… let’s face it! Some crispy bacon definitely won’t hurt! Fry it until crispy, and use it as a topping for your salad. You will really feel an improvement!

Ingredients Needed for Crispy Bacon Salad

5 bacon
1 lettuce
10 cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini
½ avocado
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
½ lemon
1 teaspoon mustard

How to Make Crispy Bacon Salad

  1. Heat a skillet and start frying the bacon slices. Fry them until crispy.
  2. Chop the lettuce and slice the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  3. Dice the zucchini and avocado, and then chop the fried bacon.
  4. For the dressing, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and mix them all.
  5. Add all of the ingredients into a large salad bowl, pour dressing and stir.
