Ingredients Needed for Crispy Bacon Salad
5 bacon
1 lettuce
10 cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini
½ avocado
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
½ lemon
salt
1 teaspoon mustard
How to Make Crispy Bacon Salad
- Heat a skillet and start frying the bacon slices. Fry them until crispy.
- Chop the lettuce and slice the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Dice the zucchini and avocado, and then chop the fried bacon.
- For the dressing, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and mix them all.
- Add all of the ingredients into a large salad bowl, pour dressing and stir.
