3 cups of unsweetened coconut, grated
½ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
½ cup melted dark chocolate
- Add the grated unsweetened coconut, coconut oil, and maple syrup to your food processor. Process for several minutes, until the mixture softens and looks like crumbly dough.
- Line a small baking pan (about 8 X 8 inches/20 X 20 cm) with parchment paper. Add the coconut filling in it, spread it around evenly and press it with a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once solid, lift the whole chunk of coconut out by lifting the paper. Cut into desired shapes, then place on a cooling rack.
- Decorate with melted dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 more minutes.
