Chicken and Avocado Salad

Salads are some of the easiest dishes to prepare. This one is, too. First, make a dressing with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss together the chicken breast, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onion, and avocado. And there you have your salad!

Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Avocado Salad

3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt
pepper
8 ounces of cooked chicken breast, diced
1 small cucumber, chopped
4 ounces of cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
1 avocado, diced
2 teaspoons of fresh parsley, chopped

How to Cook Chicken and Avocado Salad

  1. Add the olive oil and lemon juice to a smaller bowl and mix them. Season with salt and pepper, too. Set aside.
  2. Add the cooked chicken breast, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and fresh parsley to a bigger bowl. Add the dressing and toss them together using two spatulas.
