Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Avocado Salad
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice

8 ounces of cooked chicken breast, diced
1 small cucumber, chopped
4 ounces of cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
1 avocado, diced
2 teaspoons of fresh parsley, chopped
How to Make Chicken and Avocado Salad
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice to a smaller bowl and mix them. Season with salt and pepper, too. Set aside.
- Add the cooked chicken breast, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and fresh parsley to a bigger bowl. Add the dressing and toss them together using two spatulas.
