Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Hummus Snack

1 cucumber
1 chicken breast
salt
5 lettuces leaves
4 ounces of hummus
1 tablespoon paprika powder

How to Make Chicken and Hummus Snack

  1. Boil water in a medium saucepan, with a pinch of salt. Add the chicken breast to it.
  2. Boil the chicken until the meat is very tender.
  3. Slice the cucumber.
  4. Take a lettuce leaf and spread hummus on it.
  5. Add some boiled chicken pieces, 3 cucumber slices, and another layer of boiled chicken.
  6. Sprinkle paprika powder over the lettuce leaf.
