Chicken and Hummus Snack

Keeping a diet isn’t easy, with a lot of temptations around. We recommend this healthy snack that combines the awesome powers of lettuce, hummus, boiled chicken, and cucumber.
Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Hummus Snack
1 cucumber
1 chicken breast
salt
5 lettuces leaves
4 ounces of hummus
1 tablespoon paprika powder
How to Make Chicken and Hummus Snack
- Boil water in a medium saucepan, with a pinch of salt. Add the chicken breast to it.
- Boil the chicken until the meat is very tender.
- Slice the cucumber.
- Take a lettuce leaf and spread hummus on it.
- Add some boiled chicken pieces, 3 cucumber slices, and another layer of boiled chicken.
- Sprinkle paprika powder over the lettuce leaf.
