1 pound beef chuck, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup organic blue cheese, crumbled
- Add the meat, garlic, and olive oil to a zip bag. Season with cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and sea salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Add some blue cheese on each slice of meat and roll. Skewer each roll.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
