Blue Cheese Beef Roll Ups

These beefy bites on a skewer with a tart cheesy stuffing can be a crowd pleaser at any party. They can also be used in low-carb diets. It’s your choice. In order to easily roll the meat, you should cut it into fairly thin slices. And indeed, they can be successfully paired with some red wine. So, give them a try.

Ingredients

1 pound beef chuck, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
pepper
sea salt
¾ cup organic blue cheese, crumbled

Steps

  1. Add the meat, garlic, and olive oil to a zip bag. Season with cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and sea salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Add some blue cheese on each slice of meat and roll. Skewer each roll.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
