Ingredients Needed for Beef Salad

½ tablespoon salt 1 ounce cashew nuts 10 ounces of beef vegetable oil for cooking 1 red bell pepper ½ cucumber 1 red onion 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 lime pepper 12 cucumbers slices

How to Make Beef Salad

  1. Sprinkle the salt over a heated cast-iron skillet.
  2. Add the cashew nuts and roast them for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  4. Add the 2 pieces of beef. And salt them.
  5. Cook them for a few minutes on both sides.
  6. Crush the roasted cashew nuts.
  7. Cut the red bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, and onion.
  8. Place the veggie pieces in a large bowl.
  9. Pour the soy sauce over the vegetables.
  10. Squeeze a lime over the salad.
  11. Add the crushed cashew and sprinkle red pepper over the salad.
  12. Cut the fried beef in strips and add the pieces to the salad.
