Spicy Roasted Nuts

When you find yourself in need of something to nibble on, why not make these quick & easy spicy roasted nuts? We think you’ll like them a lot, so we recommend you make a large batch and store what’s left in a sealed jar for up to two weeks. What more could you ask for in a snack?


1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecan nuts
1 cup almonds
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
sea salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 340˚F/170˚C.
  2. Add all the nuts to a large bowl, add the seasonings and herbs, sea salt, and pepper. Drizzle the coconut oil over them and stir to combine everything.
  3. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and spread all the nuts in an even layer. Roast them for 20 minutes.
  4. When the nuts are roasted, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
