7 ounces of rainbow trout fillet (1 fillet)
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon olive oil
fresh basil leaves, chopped
lime slices, for garnishing

How to Make Baked Rainbow Trout Fillet

  1. Place the fillet on a parchment paper-lined baking tray, season with salt and pepper, add the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and drizzle the olive oil. Wrap it in the parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  2. Serve garnished with slices of lime.
