3 ounces of goat cheese
2 tablespoons of walnuts, crumbled
3 sage leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons of honey for serving
How to Cook Baked Figs With Goat Cheese and Walnuts
- Slice off the stem ends of each fig. Slice them cross-wise so that they open like flowers.
- Stuff each one with goat cheese and crumbled walnuts, season them with salt and pepper and add sage on top.
- Place them in a baking dish and bake them for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
- Serve them drizzled with honey.
