Ingredients Needed for Baked Figs With Goat Cheese and Walnuts

6 figs
3 ounces of goat cheese
2 tablespoons of walnuts, crumbled
salt
pepper
3 sage leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons of honey for serving

How to Make Baked Figs With Goat Cheese and Walnuts

  1. Slice off the stem ends of each fig. Slice them cross-wise so that they open like flowers.
  2. Stuff each one with goat cheese and crumbled walnuts, season them with salt and pepper and add sage on top.
  3. Place them in a baking dish and bake them for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
  4. Serve them drizzled with honey.
