Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Mozzarella Stuffed Banana

2 bananas
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 bacon
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Bacon and Mozzarella Stuffed Banana

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Peel the bananas and put them in an oven tray.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over them.
  4. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Make an incision on the surface of the bananas. Scoop out some of the interior.
  6. Place the chopped fried bacon inside the bananas. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cook for 5 more minutes.
