Avocado Fries

Avocado fries? Yes, you heard it right! All you have to do is peeling one avocado then cutting it in slices. Coat with flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs and deep-fry in oil.

Ingredients Needed for Avocado Fries

2 avocados
1 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup panko
vegetable oil for frying

How to Cook Avocado Fries

  1. Cut in halves the avocado, peel it and take off the pit.
  2. Slice every half of avocado.
  3. Make an egg wash by whisking the eggs with the milk.
  4. Coat the avocado slices with flour, with egg wash and, in the end, with panko.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frypan.
  6. Fry the avocado slices until golden.
  7. Let them cool a little and serve them with a mayonnaise dip or with salsa sauce, as you prefer.
