Ingredients Needed for Almond and Coconut Chocolate Bars
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
¼ cup coconut sugar
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of ground coffee
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1 cup chocolate chips
How to Make Almond and Coconut Chocolate Bars
- Add the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, and a dash of salt to a bowl. Keep adding the baking powder, ground coffee, cocoa powder, and almond flour, then mix until even.
- Line a 2 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to it.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
- Serve it cut into bars.
