Almond and Coconut Chocolate Bars

These chocolate bars are all chocolate, almonds, and coconuts. So skip the oil and butter and use coconut oil and almond butter. Instead of table sugar use coconut sugar and replace the flour with almond flour. And finally, what would a chocolate bar be without chocolate?!

Ingredients Needed for Almond and Coconut Chocolate Bars

1 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
¼ cup coconut sugar
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of ground coffee
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1 cup chocolate chips

How to Cook Almond and Coconut Chocolate Bars

  1. Add the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, and a dash of salt to a bowl. Keep adding the baking powder, ground coffee, cocoa powder, and almond flour, then mix until even.
  2. Line a 2 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to it.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
  4. Serve it cut into bars.
