Accordion potatoes may look tricky, but they’re very easy to make. All you have to do is slice them carefully and fill them with bacon before baking. Grate some parmesan over the warm potatoes and don’t wait too long for it to melt!

Ingredients Needed for Accordion Potatoes

2 potatoes
8 bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons of parmesan, grated

How to Make Accordion Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  2. Slice straight down into the potatoes, thinly, but not all the way through. Each one should look like an accordion.
  3. Cut the bacon slices into medium pieces.
  4. Put bacon pieces between the potato slices.
  5. Drizzle some olive oil on the potatoes.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
  7. Before you serve the accordion potatoes, add grated parmesan on top.
