1 medium-sized butternut squash
1 cup tomato sauce
1 medium-sized broccoli head
3 ounces of cottage cheese
1 ounce low moisture mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Butternut Squash

  1. Place the squash on the workspace, halve it, and seed it. Roast for 30 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  2. Scoop some of the squash pulp to make room for the stuffing.

How to Make Bacon Weave Breakfast Taco

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Divide the bacon slices into 2 separate piles. Weave them, making 2 taco shells. Cover them with a grill rack.
  3. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 20 minutes.
  4. Add the whisked eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the milk and mix.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter and melt it. Add the eggs and make an omelet, while stirring from time to time.
  6. Shape the bacon weaves into tacos. Fill them with the omelet, mozzarella, and sliced avocado.

1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon bourbon
2 small pickles
¼ small cabbage
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tabasco
1 burger patty
1 bacon slice
salt
pepper
2 teaspoons of mustard
1 Cheddar cheese slice
1 burger bun
French fries (optional)

How to Make Bacon and Coleslaw Cheeseburger

  1. Mix the onion with 1 teaspoon of bourbon. Slice the pickle and chop the cabbage.
  2. Start making the coleslaw. Add the chopped cabbage in a bowl. Add mayo, ketchup, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco. Mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the burger patty and bacon. Take out the bacon after 2 minutes and spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on the meat. Cook it for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the width.
  4. Flip over the meat, and spread 1 teaspoon of mustard over it. Add the Cheddar cheese, and cover it with a lid. Keep cooking it for the same amount of time. Toast the burger bun until golden in the remaining fat.
  5. Start assembling the burger. Top the bottom half with coleslaw, red onion, pickles, meat, and bacon. Finish it with the top side of the bun. You can even spread some ketchup over it.
