3.5 ounces of sushi rice
salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 nori sheets
¼ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 ounces of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
¼ avocado, thinly sliced

How to Make Yellow Sushi

  1. Add water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the rice, a pinch of salt, and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Place one nori sheet on a sushi mat.
  4. Combine the rice with turmeric and evenly spread half of it over the nori sheet.
  5. Place half of the bell pepper slices, salmon, and avocado in the middle of the nori sheet. Sprinkle a few black sesame seeds all over.
  6. Lift the back of the sheet and roll it over the filling. Make sure to keep the ingredients in place and that the rice sticks together. Remove the mat as you continue to roll the sushi.
  7. Make the same for the second sushi roll.
  8. Allow the rolls to sit for a few minutes before cutting them.
  9. Slice the sushi rolls into 0.5 inches (1.2 cm) thick slices.
  10. Serve with soy sauce.

How to Make Sushi-Style Bacon Weave

  1. Fill a saucepan half way with water and place it over medium heat, then bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the sushi rice and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Lay the bacon slices on the tray, side by side, as close together as you can. Weave the bacon slices.
  6. Slide the tray into the oven and bake the bacon weave for the next 15 minutes.
  7. Take the bacon weave out of the oven and place it on your chopping board.
  8. Evenly spread the sushi rice over the bacon weave.
  9. Top it with sesame seeds, the lettuce leaf, smoked salmon, bell pepper, avocado, and seaweed.
  10. Start from the end closest to you and roll the bacon towards the opposite end. Fix it with a bamboo pick.

How to Make Sweet Corn and Bell Pepper Soup

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and start cooking the onion.
  2. Add the celery root, sweet corn, and bell pepper. Add the vegetable stock, season with salt, pepper, and add a couple of bay leaves.
  3. Bring it to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Blend the cucumber with a pinch of salt.
  4. Pass it through a strainer, removing the excess liquid.
  5. Remove the bay leaf, add the corn in a blender, along with 2-3 ladles of liquid.
  6. Blend it until smooth. Move the soup into a bowl.
  7. Top it with 1 teaspoon of chopped cucumber and 1 ounce of smoked salmon!

How to Make Flatbread Pizza Two Ways

  1. Start with the dough. Add the yeast in a small bowl. Add the sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk in the bowl, and mix to dissolve the yeast.
  2. Add the flour into your mixer bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, liquid yeast, egg, and the remaining milk. Set your mixer at high speed and mix until all of the ingredients combine. Slowly pour the olive oil. After a few minutes, the dough should be sticky.
  3. Move it into a bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread flour on your working surface, and divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  6. Here is what you need to do. Use the tip of your fingers to stretch the dough until it is as thin as you like. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the flatbreads over it.
  7. For the first pizza: top it with salmon, capers, olives, and mozzarella.
  8. For the second pizza: top it with tomato sauce, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
  9. Slide the tray into the oven and bake the flatbreads for the next 20 minutes.

How to Make Sushi Cake

  1. Boil the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. Divide the quantity into three equal parts.
  2. Slice the cucumber.
  3. Dice the red bell pepper.
  4. Cut the salmon into medium cubes, put it in a bowl, and add the sesame oil and the sesame seeds. Divide the quantity into two equal parts.
  5. Line the bottom of a springform pan (9-inch/22 cm diameter) with one nori sheet.
