Ingredients Needed for Glazed Gingerbread

7 ounces of butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons of honey
2½ cups flours
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
nutmeg
2 egg whites
salt
½ cup powdered sugar
½ lemon
1 tablespoon hot water

How to Make Glazed Gingerbread

  1. Add the butter and the brown sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Set your mixer at medium speed and start mixing.
  3. Separate the egg white from the yolk of one egg.
  4. Keep mixing while you add one egg and one yolk, the milk, and honey.
  5. Sift the flour and add it to the bowl. Add the ginger powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and some nutmeg.
  6. Mix again until you obtain a smooth and thick dough.
  7. Cover it with plastic foil and refrigerate the dough for the next hour.
  8. After that, shape the dough into 1.5 inches (4 cm) thick balls. Press them, giving them the aspect of cookies.
  9. Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.
  10. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake them for the next 30 minutes.
  11. In the meantime, you can take care of the sugar glaze.
  12. Add the remaining egg white in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Set up your mixer at high speed and start mixing the egg white until foamy.
  13. Add the powdered sugar, some lemon juice, and hot water. Continue by mixing everything until you obtain a smooth, thick glaze.
  14. Allow the gingerbread biscuits to cool, then glaze them.

1 cup yogurt
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of dried cranberries
10 Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

How to Make Oreo and Yogurt Ice Cream

  1. Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl. Also add the sugar and the yolk.
  2. Start the mixer and whisk until the sugar melts.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, lime juice, and dried cranberries. Whisk.
  4. Crumble 4 Oreos and add them to the mixture, then whisk.
  5. Use a 6-cup muffin tin and place 6 muffin baking cups in it.
  6. Split the yogurt mixture into the muffin baking cups (2 1/4 inches/6 cm base).

  8. Freeze for 3 hours.

Ingredients Needed for Peach Crumble

4 peaches es
5 ounces of butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

How to Make Peach Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Slice the peaches in halves and take out their pit. Slice the halves in smaller parts. Melt 1 ounce of butter in a heated skillet. Add the peaches and 1 tablespoon of sugar the pan. Season with nutmeg. Cook the peaches for 3-4 minutes, until browned and softened.
  3. Place the chocolate cookies in a plastic bag and crush them thoroughly with a rolling pin.
  4. Add the remaining flour in a large bowl. Add the baking powder, remaining sugar, and butter. Mix up the butter into the flour using your hands. Do it until the mixture has the aspect of breadcrumbs. Add the crushed cookies into the mixture and combine them.
  5. Place the cooked peaches in a round baking tray and shred the zest of half a lemon. Top them with the biscuit and cookie mixture. Bake it for 30 minutes.
  6. You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream!
