Ingredients Needed for Wedges, Bacon and Cheese Casserole

2 potatoes
3.5 ounces of bacon
vegetable oil for frying
2 cups of shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoons of chopped dill
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt

How to Make Wedges, Bacon and Cheese Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Fry the wedges in vegetable oil until golden.
  4. Slice the bacon and fry it.
  5. Put half of the wedges potatoes, in a layer, into a square glass bakeware pan.
  6. Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle the dill.
  8. Add the fried bacon slices.
  9. Add the Cheddar cheese.
  10. Add a layer of the remaining wedges potatoes.
  11. Sprinkle some salt.
  12. Add the remaining mozzarella.
  13. Bake it for 20 minutes.
