Ingredients Needed for Turkey in Aspic

2 whole turkey wings
2 onions
2 carrots
1 teaspoon peppercorn
2 bay leaves
3 cups of water
parsley
5 cooked quail eggs

How to Make Turkey in Aspic

  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the turkey wings, onions, carrots, peppercorns, bay leaves, and cover everything with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer everything for about 2 hours, keeping a lid on top.
  3. Take out the meat, the veggies, and pas the liquid through a strainer. Remove all of the meat from the bones and lay it in a glass baking dish.
  4. Top it with the veggies, parsley, and cooked quail eggs. Pour the liquid with a ladle. Refrigerate everything overnight.
