Ingredients Needed for Thai Baby Octopus

2 lemongrasses sticks
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 chili peppers
6 baby octopuses
½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon chives
salt

How to Make Thai Baby Octopus

  1. Remove the heads and tails of the lemongrass sticks and slice them through the middle.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the sticks and chili peppers and let them fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove them from the pan, add baby octopus in the remaining oil and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and sprinkle chives on top.
  5. Serve hot!
