Ingredients

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 homemade burger patty
½ avocado, mashed
sea salt
pepper
½ teaspoon hot sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the burger patty on both sides until browned, around 3-4 minutes on each side. Set it aside.

Heat the remaining olive oil in another skillet. Fry the egg. To make a sunny side up egg, after you crack the egg, cover the skillet and cook until the top of the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny. When ready, remove the skillet from the heat and take the egg out using a spatula. Place it on your chopping board and remove its edges using a stainless steel cooking ring.

Place the burger patty on a plate. Next, add the mashed avocado. Place the egg on top. Season with sea salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
