1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup water
2 bananas
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Fried Banana Bites

  1. Use a large bowl and mix together the flour and the baking powder.

  3. Slice the bananas and coat the slices with flour.
  4. Heat another skillet, add the vegetable oil, and deep-fry the bananas.
