2 chicken breasts 1 avocado 1 lemon 1 teaspoon parsley 2 teaspoons of chili flakes 1 tablespoon olive oil salt pepper vegetable oil for cooking 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon soy sauce ½ cup white wine

How to Make Spicy Chicken Strips With Avocado Salad

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes to a large bowl.
  3. Dice the avocado flesh.
  4. Squeeze the lemon over the bowl.
  5. Add the parsley, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix everything together.
  7. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  8. Add the chicken strips and sprinkle salt over them.
  9. Throw in the turmeric powder.
  10. Sprinkle some chili flakes over the chicken.
  11. Add the soy sauce.
  12. Cook for a few more minutes.
