Puff Pastry Chocolate Cookies

Longing for something sweet after dinner, but you don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen? If you have some puff pastry leftover in the freezer, you can make these cookies in less than an hour. We used chocolate and pomegranate seeds, but you can use almost anything as a topping: jam, vanilla custard, or whipped cream.

Ingredients Needed for Puff Pastry Chocolate Cookies

    1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
    1 egg
    1 chocolate bar
    ½ pomegranate

How to Make Puff Pastry Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees C/180 degrees C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into whatever shapes you like.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the puff pastry cookies and coat them with the egg.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate on low heat.
  6. Dip each puff pastry in chocolate and sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top.
  7. Enjoy!
