Today is a special day, so let’s put that slow cooker to good use. Let’s make some slow cooked ribs and serve them in a special manner, like this sandwich we got over here. Make sure you’re patient and cook them for about 4 hours, to make that juicy meat fall right off the bone.

Ingredients Needed for Slow-Cooked Rib Sandwich

2 pounds of rack pork ribs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons of honey
½ cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the sandwiches:

8 buns
½ cup barbecue sauce
4 pickles

How to Cook Slow-Cooked Rib Sandwich

  1. Place the ribs on your working board. Spice them with paprika, chili, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set up your slow cooker and pour the soy sauce, honey, water, and garlic powder.
  3. Whisk and add the ribs. Set up the slow cooker at “high” and cook the ribs for the next 4 hours.
  4. Slice the ribs and add them inside a crispy baguette, with some barbecue sauce and pickles.
