Rainbow Pasta

In case you’re fed up with the bland yellowish-white color of your pasta, you can simply color them. You can choose to make your colors more intense. However, we went for saturated colors. Also, unlike us, you may choose to serve the different-colored pasta mixed.

Ingredients Needed for Rainbow Pasta

food coloring
6 cups spaghetti, boiled
1 tablespoon melted butter
parmesan, grated

How to Make Rainbow Pasta

  1. Add each food coloring to a medium-sized bowl and mix with a little bit of water. We’ve used red, orange, yellow, blue, violet, and green.
  2. Add 1 cup of cooked spaghetti to each bowl and mix until the pasta is colored.
  3. Transfer on a flat plate and drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Top with grated parmesan and serve.
