1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cups of vegetable stock

How to Make Pork Ball Noodle Soup

  1. Place the pork mince in a large bowl, and add both onion and spring onion.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add the brown sugar and pour a touch of olive oil. Mix to combine the ingredients.
  3. Pinch off a piece of the meat mixture and gently roll it between your hands to form a small meatball, around 1-2 inch (2,5 cm – 4 cm) in diameter. Continue shaping until all the meat is used.
  4. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable stock and bring it to a boil. Add 1 vegetable stock cube, fish sauce, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer it for 1-2 minutes.
