French fries are one the easiest and tastiest recipes to make. They’re not exactly the healthiest, though. So how about you try to make sweet potato fries? They’re healthier and if you serve them with some parmesan and fresh herbs, you will enjoy a wonderfully flavored snack or side.

Ingredients Needed for Parmesan Sweet Fries

2 sweet potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
salt
pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 ounces of grated parmesan

How to Make Parmesan Sweet Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 330 degrees F/165 degrees C.
  2. Cut thinly sticks of sweet potato.
  3. Put a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  4. Put the sweet potato sticks into the baking tray.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over them.
  6. Season them with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake the fries for 20 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, combine the crushed garlic, the chopped parsley, and the grated parmesan.
  9. Place the fries on a plate.
  10. Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the fries.
  11. Serve them with a cheese dip or mayonnaise.
