Ingredients Needed for Pan-Fried Cod With Capers

10 ounces of cod fillets (3 fillets)
salt
pepper
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons of capers
2 tablespoons of lime juice

How to Make Pan-Fried Cod With Capers

  1. Place the cod fillets on the work surface. Season them both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Add the flour and paprika to a bowl. Mix until even.
  3. Heat 2 – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Coat the fillets with the flour mixture. Fry them for 2 – 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix the capers and lime juice together in a small bowl. Top the fillets with this mixture.
