Mummy Brie

Surprise your guests for this years’ Halloween and make them this delicious mummy brie! It is wrapped in puff pastry, and topped with pepperoni and olives to make it even more real. You can easily prepare it in advance and bake it the moment your guests arrive!

Ingredients Needed for Mummy Brie

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
4 bries rounds, approximately 3 inches diameter
8 pepperonis slices
4 olives, sliced
1 egg, whisked
1 tablespoon milk

How to Cook Mummy Brie

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Lay the pastry on a wooden surface.
  3. Slice it vertically into 0.4 inch (1 cm) thick strips.
  4. Wrap the strips around the brie, making it look like a mummy.
  5. Lay the pepperoni and olive slices, shaping the mummy’s eyes.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the mummies over it.
  7. Bake them for the next 20 minutes!
