2 summer squashes es
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3.5 ounces of minced meat

1 sausage
2 ounces of mozzarella

How to Make Minced Meat and Mozzarella Stuffed Summer Squash

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. First, cook the minced meat. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the minced meat. Cook until the meat looses its vibrant pink color and turn brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the top of each summer squash. Using a knife, cut the squash flesh all around. Using a teaspoon, scrape out the squash interior.
  4. Put both squashes in an oven tray. Fill with the meat mixture, add one layer of sausages, top with mozzarella, and then add another layer of sausages.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
