Hot and Herby Chicken Drumsticks

Welcome to the delicious no-brainer that is grilled chicken drumsticks. With only one caveat: you’ll have to be patient overnight while it marinates. And boy, do they marinate! The hot and sharp lemony garlic mixture is worth the wait.

Ingredients Needed for Hot and Herby Chicken Drumsticks

½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon lime juice
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons of chili, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
6 skinless chicken drumsticks

How to Cook Hot and Herby Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Add the lemon and lime juice, garlic, chili, paprika, oregano, and vinegar to a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until even.
  2. Add the drumsticks to a bowl and entirely coat them with the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.
  3. Grill for 10-12 minutes on each side.
