Grilled Shrimp Skewers

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
4 ounces of shrimp
How to Make Grilled Shrimp Skewers
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco sauce, and coriander to a small bowl. Season with salt and mix until even.
- Add the shrimp to a bowl and coat it with the garlic mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and place them on the grill. Cover with the lid and cook for 2-5 minutes on each side. Serve with lime wedges.
