Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
4 ounces of shrimp

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco sauce, and coriander to a small bowl. Season with salt and mix until even.

Add the shrimp to a bowl and coat it with the garlic mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers and place them on the grill. Cover with the lid and cook for 2-5 minutes on each side. Serve with lime wedges.
