2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
7 ounces of bacon
7 ounces of Cheddar cheese
1 puff pastry
½ cup chopped spring onion
How to Make Cheese and Bacon Puff Pastry
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add bacon and cook it until light golden brown.
- Spread the Cheddar cheese, bacon and spring onion on half of the puff pastry. Roll it up and put it in a sandwich maker for 1 minute.
