If you have some puff pastry in your fridge, here’s an idea of a delicious snack! Add cheese and bacon to your puff pastry and put it in a sandwich maker. And that’s it!

Ingredients Needed for Cheese and Bacon Puff Pastry

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
7 ounces of bacon
7 ounces of cheddar cheese
1 puff pastry
½ cup chopped spring onion

How to Cook Cheese and Bacon Puff Pastry

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add bacon and cook it until light golden brown.
  2. Spread the Cheddar cheese, bacon and spring onion on half of the puff pastry. Roll it up and put it in a sandwich maker for 1 minute.
  3. Enjoy it with your favorite dipping sauce.
